1. Puppy Purchase Agreement

• Health Guarantee: Details about the health guarantee provided, including any conditions and the length of the guarantee.
• Spay/Neuter Agreement: If applicable, terms regarding spaying or neutering the puppy.
• Return Policy: Conditions under which a puppy may be returned or exchanged.
• Additional Fees: Information on any additional costs such as shipping and transport.

Action Required: Please review and sign the Puppy Purchase Agreement before finalizing your purchase. A copy will be provided to you for your records.

2. Breeding and Stud Service Agreement
